Polyoxyethylene Alkylether Carboxylic acid (AEC) is a new type multifunction anionic surfactant. It is similar to soap, but the Ethylene Oxide (EO) make it shows both characteristics of anionic and non-ionic surfactant, so it can be used in extensive pH value.

Polyoxyethylene Alkylether Carboxylic acid (AEC) can also exist in its sodium salt, namely Sodium Polyoxethylene Alkylether Carboxylates (AEC-Na).

Polyoxyethylene Alkylether Carboxylic acid (AEC) has extensive application domains due to its superior characteristics.

1.      As emulsifying agent in paste form cosmetics.

2.      Used for oral cleaning, won’t restrain the lysyme.

3.      Used in bar soap to improve the mildness, calcium-soap dispersing, foam properties and bath sense.

4.      As substitution of LAS and corresponding cationic surfactant, used in household detergents, industrial detergents and non-phosphate detergents.

5.      Used in personal cleaning and personal care products, such as gentle type shampoo, bath foam, facial cream, especially baby products.

6.      In textile industries, it is used to do preparation, Mercerizing, scouring and bleaching of cotton cloth; Used for wool cleaning and handling, better than non-ionic surfactant; Combined with amino siloxane, used as softener of textile to improve the softness, textile crease-resist, stop it become yellow; As emulsifier and equalizing agent used in synthetic fiber and wool dying, improve the stability of the color.

7.      Used in water soluble cutting oil, improve the emulsifying effect and stability, and increase the antiseptic effect.

8.      As material which is resistant of high temperature and high concentration electrolytic, AEC can be used as oil extraction and oil delivering.

9.      In paper making industry, AEC is used as deinking agent of waste paper, and formulation which contain quaternary ammonium salt soften agent.

10.  In leather industry, AEC is used as raw hide defat.

11.  As foaming agent in fire-fighting industry.

Storage and transportation:

Can be supplied packed in 220L drums, or 1000L IBC drums.
