Potassium Lauryl Phosphoric Mono Esters (MAPK)
CAS No.: 58318-92-6
Molecular Formula: C12H25OPO3K2
Properties:
1. Very low irritation, similar to the natural phospholipids, for high level using;
2. Good emulsifying, solubilizing, and dispersing capability;
3. Low surface tension, rich, fine and smooth foam, and easy to be rinsed;
4. Good resistance to salt and alkali environment;
5. Good compatibility with the nonionic, anionic, amphoteric surfactants and the poly quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactants;
6. Intolerant hard water, hard water-resistant surfactants (such as: Sulfo Betaine, etc.) should be added when using.
Characteristics:
1. Potassium Lauryl Phosphoric Mono Esters (MAPK) is mild, with low irritation, it is compatible with skin, similar to natural phosphatide.
2. MAPK has good emulsifying, thickening, dispersing performance.
3. MAPK create copious foam which is fine and easily be rinsed, the formulated product make the skin feel gentle and without tight feeling.
4. Compatibleness is good, it is compatible with non-ionic, anionic, amphoteric and weak cationic surfactant.
5. MAPK doesn’t have resistance of hard water, it should be used together with other surfactants which has good resistance of hard water, for example sulpho-betaine.
